Albert A. Webb first came to Riverside to become Chief Engineer and General Manager of Riverside Canal Company in 1934. In 1945, Albert founded Albert A. Webb Associates, and in 1948 moved the firm to its present location in Riverside. Throughout its history, WEBB's impact on the region is evident in regional infrastructure systems, planning programs, and land development of all kinds.
