The Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Loughborough University are collaborating on a new research initiative

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Loughborough University are collaborating on a new research initiative - FlexiTen - looking at how to develop flexible, employer-focussed postgraduate-level training opportunities. As a part of this project, we are asking you to participate by sharing your views in a survey.
Funded under HEFCE’s Catalyst programme, and designed to meet the advanced skills needs of companies across the engineering sector, we aim to address a number of key high-level skills gaps, including those related to engineers leadership, management, and commercial roles. Gaps in technology-specific skills, such as advanced system design, artificial intelligence, digital engineering, and ‘smart’ data analytics will also be addressed.
