SPEF celebrates STEM and culture at US Day 2019

Stamford Public Education Foundation hosted US Day 2019 at Mill River Park in Stamford on Sunday. 450 runners and walker kicked off festivities with the 7th Annual MarcUS for Change 5K Walk & Run and awards presentation. Following the race was the 6th Annual STEMfest, featuring about 40 STEM-related displays and experiments. The Mayor's MultiCultural Council's International Dance Festival entertained the afternoon crowd with a variety of unique cultural dances.
