KCI Announces Acquisition of Armeni Consulting Services, LLC

KCI Technologies Inc., a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with offices across the United States, has recently acquired Armeni Consulting Services, LLC. This Georgia-based consulting firm specializes in providing comprehensive services, such as estimating, scheduling, and constructability analysis for various types of heavy-civil infrastructure projects and bridges.

Armeni Consulting Services, established in 2007, offers construction coordination services to project owners, contractors, and designers nationwide. Their team has an impressive track record of completing over 400 tasks, ranging from small to large and complex bridges, using traditional and innovative methods such as marine, segmental, arch, and cable stay construction. In addition, they provide expert assistance to private and public clients, from initial cost estimates to constructability evaluations and project management, for various delivery methods, including design/build, construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3s).

John Armeni, the founder and president of Armeni Consulting Services, who has over 30 years of experience in the bridge and heavy civil industry, will lead the integration into KCI. Armeni has become well-known throughout his career for his segmental bridge expertise. This technique involves constructing concrete bridges in sections, which has led to the firm's impressive portfolio of noteworthy projects. The team that joins KCI alongside Armeni has over 100 years of collective experience in on-site management, detailed construction estimates, and project scheduling.
