Jaguar Land Rover going electric from 2020
Jaguar | September 07, 2017
The news follows a similar announcement from Volvo, which set a date of 2019 earlier this year. Speaking at the inaugural JLR Tech Fest, Jaguar Land Rover’s CEO Ralf Spieth said the move would give customers “more choice”. “We will introduce a portfolio of electrified products across our model range, embracing fully electric, plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid vehicles. Our first fully electric performance SUV, the Jaguar I-PACE, goes on sale next year,” he said.
