Residential Design Services (RDS), an innovation leader in interior finish installations and design service technology servicing homebuilders, was acquired by Interior Logic Group, Inc. (ILG) today. In the following months, ILG will merge the two businesses under the Interior Logic Group brand; for the time being, RDS will retain its name and logo until the merger is complete. ILG's combined presence includes virtually all major metro areas, and the RDS purchase adds scale to the industry's assistance.
