Agreement for a New Renewable Diesel Biorefinery in South America between Maire Tecnimont Group and Essential Energy USA Corp

Maire Tecnimont S.p.A., through its auxiliary NextChem and Essential Energy USA Corp. today have executed a Front-End Engineering Design contract just as a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of another biorefinery in South America for the creation of Renewable Diesel.
