The ability to perform all aspects of ITS has allowed us to provide a team that, from top to bottom, understands all aspects of the ITS system. At Eland, we design and deploy ITS systems and support infrastructure that are helping to make a dent in the congestion problem. Eland currently employs approximately 70 professionals in providing various engineering, electrical contracting, and maintenance services in the field of ITS/traffic signals.
