Atlanta's 5th largest engineering firm has acquired a California company with expertise in serving data centers and communications centers. Terms of the deal between Kennesaw-based Enercon Services Inc. and Critical Engineering Group Inc. of Lafayette, Calif., were not disclosed in an announcement. The deal expands Enercon's existing services and positions the company for increased reach within the data center and mission-critical communications sector, according to the announcement. Read More
