Atlanta's 5th largest engineering firm has acquired a California company with expertise in serving data centers and communications centers. Terms of the deal between Kennesaw-based Enercon Services Inc. and Critical Engineering Group Inc. of Lafayette, Calif., were not disclosed in an announcement.
