ABC: Construction Materials Costs Increases at Fastest Pace Since 2008

According to ABC’s research, construction materials have risen in the cost of 8.8% year-over-year and 2.2% from April to May 2018, which is the largest monthly increase since 2008. Nonresidential materials prices rose at a slightly larger percentage, 8.9%, and 2.3% respectively.
